The medical section allows parents to view and sign Short & Long Term medications that have been given to their child.

Parents can also view and sign the Accidents, Incidents and Existing Injuries that have been recorded for their child, these forms will detail exactly when, where and how the incident took place, in addition the bodymap feature will clearly and easily identify the locations of the injuries on the child.

Parents Digitally Sign Medical forms

Digital Signatures are incorporated into the Medical section on the system, parents sign their child's Accident and Incident and medication forms by signing directly onto the system using their mobile phone, tablet or iPad.

The system securely stores parent's actual hand written digital signature along with the date and time they signed the form.

Key Areas of the Medical section

Parents see a detailed summary of each medication that has been given to their child including the dates and time of each dose.
Parents can digitally sign all areas of the medical section, the systems stores their digital signature along with the date and time they signed.
Parent's can add Short & Long Term Medications and Existing Injuries onto the system that are approved by the childcare setting.

Apple iPhone and Android App - Accidents, Incidents & Existing Injuries

After clicking on the medical icon on the home screen you will be taken to the overview page of the medical section (1), clicking on the view icon for your child will display all the accidents & incidents and short & long term medications recorded for them (2).

Clicking on the view icon on any accident or incident on the screen will take you to a new page to view the selected accident or incident (3).

At the top of the screen you will see all the information related to the accident or incident, and scrolling down you will see a body map displaying (if applicable) the location of the child's injuries (4), beneath the body map you can click to sign the accident or incident(5), once signed you will be returned to the view page of the accident or incidentwhere your signature will be shown (6).

To record an accident or incident for your child click on the + icon on the overview page (2), a popup will appear, select the record an existing injury option (7), you will then be taken to a new page where you can record the existing injury details (8), (9), (10), once complete, click save at the bottom of the screen to ensure the existing injury is saved.

After clicking on the medical icon on the home screen you will be taken to the overview page of the medical section (1), clicking on the view icon for your child will display all the accidents & incidents and short & long term medications recorded for them.

Clicking on the view icon on any short or long term medication on the screen will take you to a new page to view the short or long term medication (2).

At the top of the screen you will see all the information related to the short or long term medication (3), in addition any recorded doses of medication can also be seen

If the medication has been marked as complete by the childcare setting you can sign the medication form by clicking the Sign this form icon (4), once signed (5) you will be returned to the view page of the short or long term medication where your signature will be shown (6).

To record sa hort or long term medication for your child click on the + icon on the overview page (2), a popup will appear, select the Add a Short / Long Term Medication option (7), you will then be taken to a new page where you can record the details of the medication (8), (9), (10), once complete, click save at the bottom of the screen to ensure the medication is saved.

The Medical section can be accessed by clicking on the Medical link.
