One of the forms that must be completed uniquely for each child whilst they are at a childcare setting is an Attendance Register, the Attendance Register details the exact arrival and departure times for each child at the childcare setting.
It is not a requirement for parents to sign acceptance of the recorded start and finish times for their child whilst at the childcare setting, however, as well as being able to see a complete breakdown for every day of the week that their child attended the childcare setting, parents will be provided with the option to accept the hours their child attended the setting.

Each child has their own personal Attendance Register.
The start and finish times for each child will be displayed to the nearest minute for two sessions per day.
Notes may be displayed for each day for informational / memorable purposes.
Parents may be asked to approve each weekly Attendance Register for their child.

After clicking on the register icon on the home screen you will be taken to the overview page of the register section (1), all the children you currently have in the setting will be displayed, you can now click on the view icon to be taken to a new page displaying all the month's of the current year (2), you can change the year you want to view by clicking on the current year and selecting a new year to view, you can now click on any month of the year to be taken to a new page to view the weeks of the selected month (3).
Clicking on the down arrow for any week will display the times your child arrived and departed the childcare setting for each day of the week.

The Attendance Register section can be accessed by clicking on the Register link.
