Parents can send and receive private messages from the childcare setting's administrators / owners.
A push notification will be sent sent to your mobile phone to alert you if you have been sent a new private message.
Available on the iPhone & Android App.

Administrators / Owners can send private messages to parents and parents can respond to them.
Parents will be alerted by push notification on their mobile phone if they have been sent a private message.

Apple iPhone and Android App
After clicking on the private messages icon on the home screen you will be taken to the overview page of the private messages section (1), if you have been sent a private message from a staff member their image will appear on the screen along with the number of messages they have sent you, clicking on the down arrow alongside their name will display all the messages they have sent you (2).
Clicking on the view icon for any message will take you to see the message thread for the selected private message (3), you can reply to the message by entering your reply in the text box at the bottom of the screen and clicking the send button (4), you will then be returned to the message thread where your message will be appended to the bottom of the message thread (5).
Web PC / Desktop & tablet app (iOS / Android)
The Private Messages section can be accessed by placing your mouse over the Communicate icon at the top of the page and from the drop down list that appears clicking on the Private Messages link.
