The Compliments and Complaints section on the system allows parents to view Compliments and Complaints that have been added by parents whose children also attend the childcare setting.
Parents can add Compliments and Complaints directly on the system that require approval by the childcare setting before appearing on the system for parents to view.
Available on the iPhone & Android App.

Parents can view the Compliments and Complaints the childcare setting has received.
Parents can add a Compliment or Complaint that will be approved by the setting to be viewed by other parents.

After clicking on the compliments icon on the home screen you will be taken to the overview page of the compliments & complaints section (1), you will now be able to view all the compliments & complaints that the childcare setting has approved for viewing, in addition you can also add your own compliment or complaint to the system.
To view a compliment or complaint click on the view icon beneath any compliment or complaint, you will then be taken to a new page to view the selected compliment or complaint (2), if the compliment or complaint is in word (doc) or (pdf) format, click on the doc or pdf icon to download the compliment or complaint, the system will tell you the compliment or complaint is downloading and once downloaded will show the document in your device's folder (3).
To add a compliment or complaint click on the Add a Compliment / Complaint button on the overview screen (1), a new page will open allowing you to add your compliment or complaint to the system (4), once added your compliment or complaint will appear in the Pending folder waiting for administrator approval before being viewed on the system by other parents (5).

The Compliments & Complaints section can be accessed by placing your mouse over the Communicate icon at the top of the page and from the drop down list that appears clicking on the Compliments link.
