Forgot App PIN code

If you have previously logged in to the App and setup a PIN code but have now forgetten the PIN code to login, just follow the instructions below to reset your PIN

You must know your password to be able to reset your PIN, if you have forgetten that also, click here for instructions on how to reset your username or password.

Reset your PIN code on the app

To reset the PIN code that you setup on your device follow the instructions below:

After launching the app you will be presented with a login screen (1) click on the Reset Pin text to reset your PIN code, you will be taken to a new page to enter your password (2), once you have entered your password click the Reset Pin button where you will then be taken to a new page to enter your PIN code (3), and then confirm your PIN code (4).
