Contracts

When a child starts at a childcare setting, parents must sign a contract agreeing to the terms and conditions of the childcare setting.

Once parents have signed and the childcare setting counter signs the contract, it becomes a legally binding contract between the parent(s) and the childcare setting.

Key Areas of the Contracts section

Parents can connect to the system on any device to view and sign contracts assigned to them.
One or two parents can sign their acceptance of the contract.
Once the childcare setting counter signs the contract it becomes a legally binding contract between the parents and the childcare setting.

After clicking on the contracts icon on the home screen you will be taken to the overview page of the contracts section (1), all the children you currently have in the setting will be displayed, you can now either view previously signed contracts or sign a new copntract assigned to your child.

To sign a contract click on the pen icon, you will now be taken to a new page to view the contract you are signing (2), scroll down the page and click on the down arrow to exapnd and read each section within the contract (3), scrolling to the bottom of the screen allows you to read the legal section for the contract (4), you can now click to sign the contract, once signed you will be returned to the contract showing your signature on the contract (5).

Once you have signed a contract it will be counter-signed by the childcare setting, once signed by both parties it becomes a legally binding contract.

The Contracts section can be accessed by clicking on the Contracts link.
