You may not have been given access to all or some sections on the system, you will need to discuss this directly with your childcare provider.

If you have been emailed login details directly from the system to yourself they will be correct and you will be entering them incorrectly, if they have been sent to you by the childcare provider they could have sent you incorrect login details, ask them to check and re-send you your login details.
If you receive an access denied message this could mean that the childcare provider has forgetten to enable your access to the system, you will need to discuss this directly with your childcare setting.
Your childcare provider must know their domain name, they chose their domain name when they registered for their system, in addition they use this domain name to login to the system each day..
If you have searched through this site and still cannot find the answer to your question, you will need to contact your childcare provider for assistance, if they are unable to answer your question they can contact us for clarification.
No, you do not need to register with the ICO as a parent as you are not responsible for storing any data.
Technically you can use any tablet that has internet access, however, if you want to use our tablet app on your device it needs to be running a minimum required operating system, additional information on those operating systems can be found here.

Yes, there are no limits on the number of devices that you can connect to the system at the same time.
To use Baby’s Days effectively and reliably we recommend a minimum upload speed of 2Mb, and a download speed of approximately 0.5Mb
